IN NO EVENT SHALL SUMMIT 1 HEALTH'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE GREATER OF ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE THREE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.
